No, there are no limits! The more companies you advertise, the more you earn.
Commissions are calculated on the basis of customer payments and are paid out once a year.
You will only receive the commissions after the customer has made payments to Squadra.
You receive commission on Squadra's basic and additional fees.
Yes, no commission is paid on set-up fees, customization and development costs or on revenue from employees instead of business customers.
To qualify for commissions, you must meet the following requirements: 1. you must be responsible for introducing the client to Squadra; 2. you must ensure that the client was not already in active discussions with Squadra; 3. you must actively engage with the referred client and Squadra.
The referral commission applies for the first 12 months after a customer signs up. The commission for existing customers applies from the second year for as long as the customer uses Squadra.
If Squadra has previously held discussions but you played a key role in closing the deal, you will receive half the commission (12.5%) instead of the full rate.
To continue earning commissions after the first 12 months, you must: 1. contact and engage with the customer you referred at least once a year (e.g. satisfaction, challenges, desired job titles); 2. stay up to date by attending at least one partner webinar per year; 3. ensure active usage: The customer must not only sign up for Squadra, but actually implement it; 4. Have an annual 30-minute update call with Squadra; 5. Be available for face-to-face meetings as needed; 6. Recruit at least three new potential customers per year.
